Alabama Department of Revenue

Elevation provided onsite project management services during the design and construction phases of this 240,000 square foot of office space for the Retirement Systems of Alabama in Montgomery Alabama.  This class A office space is a seven-story concrete structure which features precast, metal panels, and high efficiency glass curtainwall systems.

AIRBUS A220 Hangar

AIRBUS's 270,000-sq-ft hangar facility in Mobile, AL provides an opportunity to assemble the first US-built A220 for JetBlue and doubled the size of production space .  The new hangar is used to assemble both A220-100 and A220-300 aircraft.  Five primary assembly stations allow workers to utilize a line flow process to assemble component assemblies for each aircraft.

Elevation provided biweekly remote schedule updating and monitoring services, attended jobsite coordination meetings with key project personnel and completed jobsite visits during the 18 month project.

Alabama Bureau of Pardons & Paroles

Elevation provided schedule review and monitoring services during the Retirement Systems of Alabama's construction of the new offices for Alabama Bureau of Pardons and Parole's Headquarters. The renovation of an existing building allows a location that Pardons and Paroles can work alongside other agency law enforcement partners such as Alabama Department of Corrections and Alabama Law Enforcement Agency,  

Ford Motor Company - Cold Stamping Plant

Despite the post-COVID fabrication and supply chain issues, this $60 million fast track energy improvement project was completed in just nine months to meet the time and manufacturing constraints.  Elevation worked with Siemens to meet a crucial fiscal year end deadline  that required consistent schedule monitoring.

AIRBUS DOKU and Delivery Center Expansion

Elevation provided schedule preparation and monitoring services during construction of AIRBUS’ DOKU and Delivery Center Expansion in Mobile, Alabama.  The Delivery Center Expansion adds an additional 35,700 SF to the existing Delivery Center with the addition of two aircraft positions, a new Calibration Canopy, new A220 Staging Building, and new parking facilities. A new aircraft taxiway and apron, 1200 additional parking spaces, and the Calibration Canopy are all in support of the Airbus plant in Mobile, Alabama

Tulane University Residence Halls - River Hall and Lake Hall

Tulane University, the private research university in New Orleans, Louisiana completed their largest capital investment in history, a $185 M Project with 230,000 square feet of living space.  The project is organized around two adjacent wings, serving as separate functioning residence halls, but connected by a raised courtyard space , intended for socialization and casual student recreation.

Elevation provided biweekly onsite construction reviews to evaluate progress and provide management insight to construction progress.

Caesars Superdome New Orleans

Elevation provided schedule review and monitoring services during the $550 million 5 year guest experience renovation improvement project to be completed in time for the 2025 Super Bowl. Renovations include modernized amenities while maintaining the building’s architectural characteristics. Upgrades include expanded concourses, new entry gates, escalators, enhanced food and beverage services, and more efficient stadium technology.

Plant Berry

Elevation provided weekly schedule and monitoring services as part of Alabama Power's new gas fired power unit that was a part of a $1.1 Billion expansion approved by the Alabama Public Service Commission in 2020.  The new combined-cycle unit at Plant Berry was the largest new construction item in the expansion plan.
